The Kellers, Dee and Bob, former UCC missionaries in Turkey, gave us a wonderful opportunity to learn about the need for our love and assistance with others in need. As part of our Mission Sunday Program at Fair haven Congregational, our Cngregation was honored to have Dee and Bob with us to share their important message to help all peoples around the world. Having spent many years in Turkey they have first hand knowledge about the issues which are needed for the people to have a safe and harmonous life inspite of terrible poverty, oppresive governments, and unbelieveable natural disasters.
The Kellers have worked with local women to produce beautiful scarves in order to develope some way to earn income where there has been no economy...they are for purchase from the Kellers or you may contact us for additional information. 100% of the funds are returned to the women who make the scarves in Turkey.
