Dining at Bill and Lori's (new) favorite spot...El Norteno...doesn't the waitress, forgot her name, look like #1, Autumn? And the mannerisms, too...uncanny...so si,ilar, the laughs and smiles and "style"!
Great food, Mexican, not New Mexican...what is the difference again?
Got to stand with the owner, who is from "Persia"...his wife is Mexican! Nice mix!
Got it, the waitress' name is---??? Can't find the menu!!!

We found a really special place, the Mineral Museum at New Mexico Tech in Soccorro. Aaron help us with some nice gems and minerals to bring back to Poultney...especially beautiful are the smithsonite pieces!

Sandhill cranes and all kinds of ducks were still around when we visited the Bosque NWR.
Nest time we'll try to get there when more birds are overwintering...still a gorgeous sight!
